The Texas Compassionate Use Program (TCUP) needs reform now. Texas’s current medical cannabis laws tie physician’s hands and leave patients without access to the product they need. TCUP has been so unsuccessful that less than 4000 patients have enrolled for a rate of 1 per 10,000 people.
